1. Agreement
By accessing or using FTMOPlus, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Nature of Service
FTMOPlus provides access to a simulated or structured trading environment designed to evaluate and reward trading performance.
Key characteristics include:
- Instant account access
- No evaluation phases
- Performance-based payouts
- Defined risk limits
FTMOPlus is not a brokerage and does not accept public deposits for investment.
3. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws
4. Account Structure
- Each account operates independently
- Multiple accounts are permitted
- Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable
5. Fees & Payments
- All purchases are one-time access fees
- No recurring subscriptions or hidden charges
- Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated
6. Trading Rules & Risk Management
Users must comply with platform rules, including:
- Maximum drawdown limits (e.g., 6%)
- No abusive or exploitative strategies
- No system manipulation or latency exploitation
Failure to comply results in account termination.
7. Profit Distribution
- Traders receive up to 80% of generated profits
- Payout eligibility is triggered at defined profit thresholds (e.g., 5%)
- Multiple payouts may be requested upon reaching new profit levels
All payouts are subject to system validation and compliance checks.
8. Risk Disclosure
Trading involves inherent risk.
- Breach of risk parameters may result in account closure
- No guarantee of profitability
- Market conditions may impact execution and results
Users are fully responsible for their trading decisions.
9. Execution Environment
- Trades are executed based on real-time market conditions
- Slippage, latency, and volatility may occur
- Pricing and liquidity are provided by external partners
10. Prohibited Activities
Strictly prohibited:
- Arbitrage and latency exploitation
- High-frequency trading (HFT) abuse
- Reverse engineering platform systems
- Account sharing or resale
11. Account Suspension & Termination
FTMOPlus reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of:
- Rule violations
- Fraud or suspicious activity
- Abuse of platform infrastructure
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
12. Intellectual Property
All platform content, systems, and branding are proprietary.
Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
13. Limitation of Liability
FTMOPlus is not liable for:
- Trading losses
- Platform downtime
- Third-party service disruptions
14. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use implies acceptance.
15. Governing Framework
These Terms operate under applicable international commercial standards.
